Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Executive to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, assisting guests, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hotel management systems preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
